Booking Conditions
A. Contracts
A binding contract is only entered into when Cirali Hotelmarketing has issued a Confirmation e-mail. This happens after we have received full payment or deposit.
B. Flights
We may advise you of international flight details and destination airports. We can help you book your international flights.
C. Payments
The required non-refundable deposit is 20% for accommodation pricess. A confirmation letter, email or filled JA booking form should accompany the deposit. Any balance is paid at hotel check in. If the deposit is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and apply the cancellation charges below (4).
D. Cancellations by you
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing (e-mail). You will then be subject to the following cancellation charges.
Period before departure charge as percentage of holiday price.
More than 30 days, loss of deposit.
29-15 days 50%.
Less than 14 days 80%
F. Alterations by Cirali Hotelmarketing.
F.1 Occasionally we have to make changes (including changes of price) for reasons of war or threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disaster or adverse weather conditions. This legal term means unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
F.2 If the alteration is significant then we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of: accepting a modification, changing the booking to an alternative hotel, or cancelling and receiving a full refund. If the alternative is cheaper we will refund the difference, and if it is more expensive we will pay the difference for you.
G. Complaints
If you have any complaint you should make it known at the earliest opportunity to hotel manager. If they are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction you should contact us. If at the end of your trip you feel that your complaint has not been properly dealt with you must first notify us in writing within 30 days of your scheduled date of return and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
H. Holiday cost breakdown
The details of individual costs that make up the total quotations for client bookings are confidential between us and our suppliers. We cannot provide breakdowns of individual costs.
I. Jurisdiction
All matters arising from your contract with us are governed by Turkish Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish Courts
